The villa has a court­yard gar­den which leads into the spa­cious, delight­ful, open plan living/​dining area. It has a large, well equipped, styl­ish kitchen and from the liv­ing room door there is access out onto the patio and the swim­ming pool with deck which over­looks the ocean. There is also a relax­ing den with access to the pool.

The sec­ond bed­room has an en-​suite shower room and is located next to the mas­ter bed­room. The third bed­room with a dou­ble bed is in a sep­a­rate cot­tage with en-​suite and pri­vate entrance.
