The villa has auto­matic back-​up gen­er­a­tor and a large cis­tern. The villa has 20 solar pan­els which gen­er­ates enough power for the villa.

Numer­ous palm and coconut trees sur­round the villa mak­ing it very private.

3 min­utes boat ride from Green Island and its beau­ti­ful beaches, includ­ing the one known as Gar­den of Eden.

Rental includes reg­u­lar maid ser­vice, Wifi inter­net, cable TV in all bed­rooms, inter­na­tional phone line, printer, and gym equip­ment includ­ing a treadmill.
