From its stun­ning loca­tion in Half Moon Bay, on the east coast of the island, The Pat­ter­son House is a pri­vate and tran­quil spot, sit­u­ated amongst vibrant flora and fauna and with excep­tional views of the beau­ti­ful crescent-​shaped bay which gave the area it’s name.

With a broad sun­deck over­look­ing the glo­ri­ous bay, it offers plenty of places for out­door relax­ation and Half Moon Bay, a reg­u­lar ‘world’s best beach’ nom­i­nee, is only a few min­utes walk away and boasts 3,200 feet of white coral sand and crystal-​clear waters.

There is ample park­ing out­side and the house is accessed by gen­tle steps. The inte­rior has been newly ren­o­vated and has a spa­cious open-​plan kitchen, and a liv­ing and din­ing area com­plete with high vaulted ceil­ings, which help keep the inte­rior cool all year round. The two bed­rooms, both have en-​suite bath­rooms, which also offer excel­lent views directly over the bay.

LOCA­TION

The Pat­ter­son House is approx­i­mately 40 min­utes from the air­port. It is in a quiet, secluded loca­tion, but a 20minute car ride will take you straight to Eng­lish Har­bour where you will find some great restau­rants and lively nightlife. Non­such bay is only 10 min­utes by car. It has a restau­rant, and also pro­vides a vari­ety of water sports facil­i­ties. The clos­est super­mar­ket is approx­i­mately 40 min­utes away, but a fridge stock­ing ser­vice can be pro­vided ready for your arrival. Although there are plenty of local taxi ser­vices, a car would be advised if you intend to really explore the island.
