Palm Place is a brand new, two bed­room, two bath­room, unit sit­u­ated on Har­bour Island close to the water­front. It is both styl­ish and com­fort­able with great views across the marina. Har­bour Island is set in the cen­tre of Jolly Har­bour Marina, on the south­west coast of Antigua and within the gated community.

This delight­ful unit is on one level and has an open plan fully fit­ted kitchen and liv­ing area with a pri­vate gar­den and patio. There are two good sized bed­rooms and two bath­rooms. Palm Place is fully air con­di­tioned with Green Air-​conditioned units. It has Cable TV, Inter­net and a wash­ing machine.

From Palm Place it is a fif­teen minute walk to the com­mer­cial cen­tre of Jolly Har­bour where you will find a well-​stocked inter­na­tional super­mar­ket, 18-​hole golf course, sports cen­tre, gym, phar­macy and bank. It is rec­om­mended rent­ing a car or golf cart to enable eas­ier access to these amenities.

Close prox­im­ity to two of the finest beaches on Antigua and in fact only a three minute walk to one of them.

Palm Place is nested on Har­bour Island in Jolly Har­bour, one of the Caribbean’s lead­ing and pris­tine res­i­den­tial tourism retreats com­plete with yacht­ing, golf, din­ing, beaches and other facil­i­ties. Due to the loca­tion Har­bour Island is the per­fect place to relax alone or with a fam­ily.
