With an ideal loca­tion in the desir­able gated com­mu­nity of Jolly Har­bour on Antigua’s world famous west coast, Villa 412E is an attrac­tive two-​bed villa which blends authen­tic Caribbean charm with con­tem­po­rary liv­ing. This two-​storey prop­erty in the tran­quil North Fin­ger area has a lovely shaded ter­race and sun­deck set directly on the water – the per­fect spot for al fresco din­ing and absorb­ing the har­bour views. Table, chairs, gas bar­beque and sun­loungers are pro­vided.

The open-​plan inte­rior is bright and airy and has a spa­cious lounge with com­fort­able sofas, satel­lite TV and glass slid­ing doors lead­ing to the patio. There is a din­ing table for four and a fully-​fitted kitchen with mod­ern appli­ances includ­ing oven with four-​burner hob, microwave, fridge-​freezer, toaster, cof­fee maker and break­fast bar. The adja­cent util­ity area has a wash­ing machine.

Upstairs are two bed­rooms and one bath­room. The mas­ter suite has a king-​size bed and pri­vate bal­cony; the sec­ond bed­room has twin beds. There is an addi­tional guest wash­room down­stairs.

This prop­erty is air-​conditioned through­out and ben­e­fits fur­ther from a safe for stor­ing valu­ables, auto­matic gen­er­a­tor and cis­tern. There is also a dock for a boat although this is cur­rently rented out. Jolly Har­bour offers 24-​hour secu­rity and is home to sev­eral pop­u­lar bars and restau­rants, along with a gym, sports cen­tre with large com­mu­nal pool, bank, phar­macy, inter­na­tional super­mar­ket and sou­venir shops.
