This beau­ti­ful Caribbean style villa is sit­u­ated in the Har­bour View devel­op­ment adja­cent to the Jolly Har­bour resort with its vast range of ameni­ties. Located on the west coast of Antigua the villa is per­fectly posi­tioned to take full advan­tage of some of the islands most spec­tac­u­lar beaches includ­ing the stun­ning Dark­wood beach and the 2 mile long pic­ture post­card Jolly beach where you’ll find a large range of water­sports avail­able as well as the extremely pop­u­lar beach bar Castaways.

The villa itself is set on 9000 sqft of land with the house approx­i­mately 2000 sqft. The villa has been taste­fully dec­o­rated and fur­nished and includes a fully fit­ted mod­ern kitchen. It has four good sized bed­rooms with the mas­ter bed­room hav­ing en-​suite facil­i­ties plus a fur­ther 2 guest/​family bathrooms.

The open plan liv­ing area is bright and spa­cious with patio doors open­ing onto a cov­ered out­door din­ing area which in turn leads onto a gen­er­ous sized deck com­plete with swim­ming pool. Set amidst an array of palm trees and trop­i­cal plants it is the per­fect set­ting for an after­noon of relax­ation or an evening meal watch­ing a breath­tak­ing Antiguan sun­set. In addi­tion the villa has been fit­ted with hur­ri­cane shut­ters and has air-​conditioning installed throughout.

From the villa you are within a 5 minute walk to the Jolly Har­bour com­mer­cial cen­ter which houses many shops includ­ing a fully stocked super­mar­ket, bank and a phar­macy to name just a few. Jolly beach is also just a 10 minute walk away. The Jolly Har­bour resort, also boasts the biggest marina in the East­ern Caribbean and includes a fine 18-​hole golf course and fully equipped gym.
