Villa 222C, is a lux­ury villa with unob­structed water­front views of Jolly Har­bour and a large extended deck. It is a mod­ern styled villa with a bright, spa­cious open plan ground floor. On the upper floor of this villa there are two bed­rooms each with their own en-​suite. The mas­ter bed­room has its own pri­vate bal­cony over­look­ing the marina. The sec­ond bed­room enjoys lovely views of the garden.

The fully equipped newly installed kitchen leads through to the din­ing area, then the liv­ing area at which point you con­tinue through slid­ing glass doors to find the cov­ered veran­dah where you can enjoy won­der­ful al fresco meals while tak­ing advan­tage of the stun­ning views across the har­bour. This out­side area is then extended fur­ther, out over the water with a large sundeck.

Due to the fab­u­lous loca­tion of Villa 222C, right on the wide main chan­nel of the har­bour, you can take in fab­u­lous views of the lux­ury motor­boats and sail­ing yachts which can be seen through­out the day as they make their way to and from the har­bour moorings.

LOCA­TION

Jolly Har­bour is the per­fect Caribbean hol­i­day des­ti­na­tion. It is a thriv­ing resort vil­lage with a wide range of facil­i­ties within the gated com­mu­nity sit­u­ated on Antigua’s famed west coast. Along with a vari­ety of bars and restau­rants, you will find an inter­na­tional super­mar­ket, phar­macy, bank, sou­venir shops, gym and sports cen­tre, an Olympic sized swim­ming pool, ten­nis and squash courts and The Jolly Har­bour Golf Club which has an 18-​hole cham­pi­onship course.

It is also home to some of the island’s most prized beaches, includ­ing Jolly Beach, one of the longest and widest beaches on the island, and a truly idyl­lic white sand beach lapped by the per­fectly clear aqua­ma­rine Caribbean Sea.

The South Fin­ger loca­tion is in prime loca­tion, close to the main hub­bub of the Jolly Har­bour com­mu­nity, so there is no real need for a car, unless you are look­ing to explore fur­ther afield which can be done by car, but also could be done by bus or boat.
