Villa 224C is a charm­ing two bed­room villa, sit­u­ated on the water­front of the South Fin­ger in Jolly Harbour.

There are two bed­rooms both have their own en-​suite bath­rooms. The mas­ter bed­room has a queen size dou­ble bed and doors lead­ing onto a lovely water­front bal­cony. The sec­ond bed­room has two sin­gle beds. Each bed­room has built-​in wardrobes and ample stor­age space.

It has a won­der­ful, spa­cious, open plan liv­ing and din­ing area with fully equipped kitchen. There are large patio doors lead­ing out from this liv­ing space, onto a fab­u­lous, par­tially cov­ered, water­front ter­race, along with fur­ther deck­ing, stretch­ing out over the water, just per­fect for catch­ing the sun­shine and all that is hap­pen­ing in the marina. The garage has been trans­formed into a laun­dry room and there is a down­stairs washroom.

LOCA­TION

Jolly Har­bour is the per­fect Caribbean hol­i­day des­ti­na­tion. It is a thriv­ing resort vil­lage with a wide range of facil­i­ties within the gated com­mu­nity sit­u­ated on Antigua’s famed west coast. Along with a vari­ety of bars and restau­rants, you will find an inter­na­tional super­mar­ket, phar­macy, bank, sou­venir shops, gym and sports cen­tre, an Olympic sized swim­ming pool, ten­nis and squash courts and The Jolly Har­bour Golf Club which has an 18-​hole cham­pi­onship course.

It is also home to some of the island’s most prized beaches, includ­ing Jolly Beach, one of the longest and widest beaches on the island, and a truly idyl­lic white sand beach lapped by the per­fectly clear aqua­ma­rine Caribbean Sea.

The South Fin­ger loca­tion is close to the main hub­bub of the Jolly Har­bour com­mu­nity, so there is no real need for a car, unless you are look­ing to explore fur­ther afield which can be done by car, but also could be done by bus or boat.

Golf buggy hire is a per­fect way to explore Jolly Har­bour with min­i­mum cost, fuss and no wasted energy – but the buggy’s are not to be taken out­side of the gated community.
