Villa Seascapes is sit­u­ated on the North fin­ger of Jolly Har­bour, one of Antigua’s most pop­u­lar gated com­mu­ni­ties. This two-​bedroom water­front villa is spread over two floors, and offers fab­u­lous views across the marina.

The villa has been newly dec­o­rated in a clean, mod­ern style and the lower floor has a won­der­ful, light and airy, open plan liv­ing, din­ing and kitchen area with large glass doors lead­ing out to a gen­er­ous cov­ered ter­race with lots of space for din­ing, loung­ing in the sun, or just sit­ting absorb­ing the won­der­ful views across the waters of Jolly Har­bour Marina.

The kitchen has recently been refur­bished to an open plan kitchen with a five ring gas burner hob, microwave, cof­fee maker, large refrig­er­a­tor and dou­ble sink. The kitchen leads on to an open plan liv­ing and din­ing area with space for four to dine. (There is no oven in the prop­erty).

The lounge has two sofas, a flat screen TV, cable TV and inter­net. The lounge opens up to the deck with two sunbeds and an alfresco din­ning area.

There are two bed­rooms; the mas­ter bed­room ben­e­fits from a king bed with super soft bam­boo sheets, black-​out cur­tains and air con­di­tion­ing. The mas­ter bed­room has a bal­cony with chairs for relax­ing or read­ing over­look­ing the expan­sive har­bour view.

The sec­ond bed­room has a dou­ble bed and a sin­gle bed so can sleep three per­sons, the bed­room has views out to the Sleep­ing Indian Hills.

Both bed­rooms are ensuite and have a power shower and water­fall taps.

This rental prop­erty has the advan­tage of beach equip­ment pro­vided, two beach chairs, umbrella, a beach mat and a blue tooth speaker. The tran­quil north beach of Jolly Har­bour is three min­utes walk from the prop­erty and Jolly Harbour’s two mile south beach is around five min­utes by golf cart from the villa.

LOCA­TION

Jolly Har­bour is the per­fect Caribbean hol­i­day des­ti­na­tion. It is a thriv­ing resort vil­lage with a wide range of facil­i­ties within the gated com­mu­nity sit­u­ated on Antigua’s famed west coast. Along with a vari­ety of bars and restau­rants, you will find an inter­na­tional super­mar­ket, phar­macy, bank, sou­venir shops, gym and sports cen­tre, an Olympic sized swim­ming pool, ten­nis and squash courts and The Jolly Har­bour Golf Club which has an 18-​hole cham­pi­onship course.

It is also home to some of the island’s most prized beaches, includ­ing Jolly Beach, one of the longest and widest beaches on the island, and a truly idyl­lic white sand beach lapped by the per­fectly clear aqua­ma­rine Caribbean Sea.

The North Beach loca­tion is par­tic­u­larly good for kids as it is away from the main hub­bub of the Jolly Har­bour com­mu­nity, but close enough to reach, with rarely any­one on the beau­ti­ful beaches, which are in walk­ing dis­tance of this villa rental. It is also a great base loca­tion to visit the rest of the 365 beaches on the island by car, bus or boat.

Golf buggy hire is included with this rental and is a per­fect way to explore Jolly Har­bour with min­i­mum fuss and no wasted energy – but the buggy’s are not to be taken out­side of the gated community.
